E-mail CNN and Thank Them for Their Apology

CNN took full responsibility after reporter Drew Griffin wrongly accused National Review’s Byron York of calling Gov. Sarah Palin “incompetent, stupid, unqualified, corrupt or all of the above,” The mistake was addressed on both their “Newsroom” and “The Situation Room” programs, where Griffin said, “In no way did I intend to misquote the ‘National Review,’” and admitting, “I botched it.”

The apology came after more than 32,700 emails were sent by MRC Action Team members to CNN executives and Griffin, demanding an apology.
